"It is very close to the Osaka-koh station and very convenient to commute to the EXPO. Very friendly staffs especially Korean- speaking lady who is very kind and warm to greet you which makes your stay comfortable and feel at home in some degrees. She kindly guided me to take a bus instead of trains to go to Osaka station with heavy luggage because the bus stop is located nearby the hotel and we do not need to do up-and-downs with suitcases. Small but clean room. No microwaves in a hotel room but...

"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

"Check-in and check-out were super seamless and the rooms were spacious! Great location and walking distance to usj. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and service was good. Only thing was they didn’t have bigger van taxis they could call for pickup, but I was able to get an uber van and had to message the driver assigned separately to come to the hotel since this location wasn’t on the list."

"The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel felt upscale and had everything you could need in it. Across the street from city walk, universal and the JR Station."
