"Staying at this hotel felt like a fever dream—in the best way. Every detail, from the entrance to the pool, restaurants, bars, and rooms, feels thoughtfully designed and unique. Staff were caring, attentive, and professional, and even the bar menus had personality. It's a great fit for young-hearted, free-spirited travelers wanting something different from the typical hotel experience. Now the downsides. From Friday through Sunday night, the hotel was packed, and most of the crowd didn't seem to be actual guests. The bars and pools are open to the public, so guests don't get priority access to amenities they're paying for. The pool was the biggest letdown. When we asked the concierge about reserving poolside seating, we were sent to the pool concierge, who told us to book via OpenTable—nothing was available until the following week. We asked if any seats were reserved for hotel guests or available first-come, first-served, and were told no on both counts. Disappointing, especially since most pool-goers didn't appear to be guests. As a paying guest, I'd expect some priority access to amenities included with my stay. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and full of atmosphere—I loved the vibe and attention to detail—but the lack of guest priority for the pool and amenities took away from the experience."
