"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). "I stayed in a Premium Room, which was surprisingly spacious and more comfortable than I had expected. Overall, the room was very pleasant; however, the placement of the towels and towel hook inside the toilet area felt unusual and was somewhat inconvenient.
One of the hotel’s strongest attributes is its excellent location, with easy access to transportation. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground.
The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."
