"Convenience location easy assets to the city centre however please note the hotel is situated inside a building which you need to assess through 2 separate elevators which the flow of travel maybe a bit wired The room is decent and clean. Please keep all keycard for check out. View is amazing for breakfast area."

"Wonderful onsen hotel. Some commented the hotel is "dated", thats most likely comparing to hotel in the city which is not fair comparison. For a hotel up in the mountains, this is a great hotel with spacious room. Private onsen for family is barely 2000 yen extra or 1 hour which is very cheap. Dinner buffet is great, not the best because a lot of touristsg group which kind of rush the kitchen to rush food out. But breakfast is wonderful and more enjoyable for sure. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit this area."
