Nur die unscheinbare Notiz dass man sich selbst melden darf wenn das Zimmer gemacht werden soll ist etwas untergegangen."

"This hotel is in the heart of Stockholm, walking distance to historical places, shopping, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast is abundant and good quality. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Although the rooms are not very big, there is a fantastic lobby area with many seats, the restaurant, a terrace, and a bar.The bar is open until midnight most of the days. The best part is the staff, absolutely friendly, and very supportive. We certainly enjoyed our stay in best western."

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig, direkt einen Supermarkt vor der Türe, 3 Min. von der U-Bahn Station entfernt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, etwas mehr frisches Obst wäre wünschenswert. Die Zimmer sind funktional und für einen Städtetrip in Ordnung. Leider sind die Fugen im Bad zwischen den Fliesen verschimmelt, dies sollte so schnell wie möglich gefixt werden. Sonst eine klare Empfehlung."

"Simple, well put together room. The lack of windows really helped me sleep. The central location is great, Stockholm can be a confusing place to navigate. Close to some incredible restaurants. This was my second stay here."

"I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. The manager Rachel was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we checked in on Sunday, we were not informed that breakfast ended at 9:30am . This information was critical and should have been clearly communicated at check-in. The hotel claims there are signs explaining the breakfast hours. As guests, we should not be expected to search the entire property for contradictory information. When we arrived at 10:00 a.m. on...

"Room looked a bit tired the one wall had no paint on it and the carpet was quite sticky. Breakfast was extremely busy but good quality seating. In the room, there was no tea or coffee making facilities."

"Spotlessly clean room. Great friendly welcome on arrival. And greeted warmly each time we returned after our days out and about. Great choice at breakfast and plentiful. There were staff making sure all choices were available throughout service. Highly recommend"
