Ho pernottato qui per 3 notti con il mio compagno e ci è stata assegnata una camera per disabili, anche se non l'avevamo chiesta. Immagino fosse perché avevano esaurito quelle standard, ma il disagio del farsi la doccia e avere il pavimento allagato (mancava la cabina doccia) ce lo saremmo risparmiato volentieri, soprattutto perché non ci sono stati forniti tappetini per la doccia né asciugamani aggiuntivi (che abbiamo dovuto richiedere). Il comodino accanto al letto era molto sporco, di una sostanza appiccicosa, e mi ha sporcato la borsa. L'ho pulito da sola. Colazione abbondante ma di qualità non ottima e non tutti i prodotti venivano riforniti adeguatamente: la frutta secca veniva ricaricata prima che finisse, con il risultato che quella sul fondo della ciotola sapeva sempre di "vecchio", inoltre in 3 giorni non sono mai riuscita a prendere la marmellata (arance e albicocche ) perché finiva subito e veniva ricaricata molto poco. La struttura in generale è bella e fornisce molti servizi utili, il personale è cortese e la camera è risultata molto silenziosa. Alcune cose peró sono da rivedere perché rischiano di rovinare un soggiorno che sarebbe altrimenti molto piacevole.

The room distribution is not optimized. Tha bathroom sink is tiny, when you wash your hands or brush your teeth it is impossible to keep the water inside the sink. The room needed deeper cleaning and the a/c leaks. Breakfast was good. Convenient location close to the 3 Arena. Staff was very helpful and polite. Odalis help us very much, thank you.

Room was dusty under the bed We asked to have the room cleaned after 3 days but had to keep asking and it was cleaned after 7 days! First they forgot to give us bath mats, then glasses and some of the front desk staff were very blaze, (like in Paris). The playroom and other activities in the lobby were great and breakfast was fine.

Stort familjerum men nackdel att fönstret inte gick att öppna. Bäddsoffans madrass hemsk. Fjädringen kändes igenom. Borde haft en bäddmadrass på. Lobbyn stor och inbjudande till många aktiviteter. Mycket att välja på till frukost, många sittplatser men baconet för hårt stekt och de små bröden hade kunnat fått vara ljumna. Nu blev de sega, kanske för att de varit uppvärmda och kallnat. Toppen att hotellet ligger så nära arenorna.

Schon zum zweiten Mal hier – und wie beim ersten Aufenthalt war wieder alles perfekt! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Zimmer werden auf Wunsch gereinigt. Die zentrale Lage am Gullmarsplan ist ideal, außerdem gibt es eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Lobby mit Kicker und Tischtennis sowie die Bar, die Candybar und das Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
