"Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great efficient airport shuttle service, comfy beds, quiet. Staff is friendly and the gym is well-appointed. Would definitely return for stays before / after JFK flights."

"Very helpful staff especially with how busy it was with the world cup going on. The room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely be back!"
