No coffee twice at 7.30 ish at their drinks station Rooms are very small we had king lux and bed stuck out so we walked into the bed every day several times as it was tight for space The lifts never worked fully. "The design of the hotel is very cute, and we loved the balcony! The room was very small (which is not uncommon in New York), but arranging luggage was a trick. The staff is amazing!
