"We stayed 3 nights for a mini-vacation. This hotel was excellent from start to finish. Front desk staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. We were offered our VIP bottle of wine but chose water instead - nice alternative and was restocked frequently. Room upgrade unavailable because they were sold out. "We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
