"Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge, and enough space for our group of four adults and 2 young children with lots of energy. The only cons were the pool was out of service and this being the kid’s first hotel experience, the pool was a major reason that we stayed here…it was very hard to explain to two young, excited children that the pool they had sat patiently in a car for 6 hours for was closed. ( we found out after they got swimsuited up and rode the elevator down). Another con was that while most of the room was very clean, the shower floor was so dirty we all wore shoes while bathing; and there was only enough towels, etc for 4 people when we booked for 6. The fold out couch had to used for one in our group because the beds were doubles not queens, and when we unfolded there were no pillows, pillow cases, or sheets for that person to use while sleeping; just a bare mattress."
