"Airplane noise was the only downside to this hotel"

"Internet was good, room was clean, the coffee machine that is free 24 hours a day is actually pretty good- makes lattes, mochas, a few other options, so that was nice."

"The hotel is OK. I was inconvenienced by being locked out of my room at 9a. When I went to the front desk, the young lady wasn’t too friendly. She gave me another key, and that one didn’t work. A manager/maintenance man came by to let me in and said my key didn’t work because I was checking out that day. I asked why would I be locked out at 9a if checkout is at 11a. He replied “that’s just what happens. “ No apologies, no friendly smile, just a straight face. The hotel is OK, but the non friendliness of the staff made the stay not so great. "

"This hotel is dated and doesn’t meet the standards of a typical Marriott. Also I paid for this hotel in advance and at checkout they added a destination fee!!"

"Stayed for 3 nights with a childhood girlfriend whom I hadn't seen in about 25 years. The view of the Bay from the room was nice. There was a BUG in the sheets of one of our beds. Housekeeping just kind of threw our towels on the left corner of the sink in no organized fashion. Usually fresh towels are folded or rolled neatly like they are when you first check in. I'm not impressed with this location, housekeepings lack of professional service and BUG in one of the bed."
