If she had issues with her room she should have brought it to the attention of the front desk agent and we would have made it right for her. Perhaps the Ritz Carlton would have been a better option. Good afternoon Stephan, we are sorry that you had to over exert yourself opening the door manually and walk past freshly cleaned vomit from another guest. Most hotels do not have housekeeping services around the clock and our front desk staff is trained to clean up any spills or to acommodate the needs and requests of our guest. If you had issues with your room, Im certain that my staff would have accomomodated your request to move to another room. However as you stated " it was what I would expect for the price.point and that we met your expectations". Thats kind of contradictory, wouldnt you say? Champagne taste with a malt liquor wallet. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and all blood stained sheets are discarded and not reuesed.If the door locks didnt work, how did you get into your room?
