Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property."

"A nice hotel, clean, close to shopping, full service spa for Gentleman. Although the pool gets very crowded with locals, so isn't relaxing. Also very close to Libra Gentleman's Club. Girl friendly."

"Stay at the penthouse 1001 but the room a bit dated and the aircon in the master bedroom was not working. Also some mould in both bathrooms sink so smell damp around the area. The breakfast not much selection and the pempek and model were terrible. I would not come back next time when I visit my parents in Palembang."

"It's located in a pretty safe area of Palembang, close to many things one might one to visit. There's a souvenir shop downstairs and McDonald's as well. My main problem was room service. Staff doesn't speak English, so whenever you pay for something, you'll never get to see your change back because I think they assume it's a tip, so they always just keep the change... It was pretty strange."

OK first I got no towel and toothpaste in my room and the bathroom if we take the shower, the water wouldn't go down fast to the drainage so it will create a puddle. Not just that, after I get the towel, the smell of the towel is really not good. The sheet on the bed is also dirty because I can see black stain there. The only good thing about this hotel is only the room is kinda big. "
