Top Atlantic City Hotel Reviews

Golden Nugget
8/10 Good
"It's dark and somewhat out-dated. It was clean but I forgot that there is still smoking allowed within casinos (my bad!). You can smell it even in non-smoking areas."

Caesars Atlantic City Resort & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"Staff not very helpful when you asked for assistance. Absolutely NO view from the room. Windows are frosted over room was very dark, poor lighting. Room was clean. A lot of walking to get to the elevator."

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City– A Caesars Rewards Destination

"Absolutely loved it"

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa
8/10 Good
"Hotel in general was excellent. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Restaurants were terrific. Dinners at B-Prime and The American Bar & Grill were superb. Had “The big” steaks for 2”. Worth the price. Cooked perfectly. Wait staff worth it. Room clean, sizable and comfortable. Re: “Rewards/Casino Cards”, didn’t get until after first dinner didn’t know about all benefits until checking out. Missed a lot of points because of this, such as should have charged all food and beverage to room for larger point growth and for extra discounts. Also for military discount. Borgata is a great place to stay. Recommend it highly. Look forward to our next stay. Thanks, it was memorable!!!"

Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City

Ocean Casino Resort

"Room was very loud from the elevator! Took forever for housekeeping to bring our requests. Staff was not friendly."

Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino
10/10 Excellent
"It was a nice room. At first we couldn't find it ,but that was only because we never been in a casino before. Parking was easy. I loved that everything is right there."

The Claridge Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Check-in: Front doors don't work well, and don't expect any help from the staff in holding them open. Front desk staff are pretty "checked out" and essentially just staring into space as though they have been visiting the dispensary around the corner on a regular basis.
Hotel: Elevator desperately needs to be modernized (very noisy, and often a long wait). Room itself was fine, but the thermostat simply said "error," there was no hot water from the sink (shower was okay), and the fridge wasn't at all cold. Things like hairdryer and iron were just haphazardly put away.
Restaurant: "We don't have fruit, and we can't make these three dishes." No allergen menu. Staff were courteous but service overall was slow for a basic breakfast. Extremely noisy, with numerous people on facetime calls or children simply destroying things.
Check-out: Front desk staff had completely disappeared. Still haven't received final folio in email after a week. Valet had car back relatively quickly.
Overall: Not very modern, and feels more run-down than nostalgic. "

Tropicana Atlantic City – A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"The hotel was fine… no complaints. I almost got mugged by a male and female duo in one of the really disgusting stair wells. After it happened, there was no one to even tell about the event. The vibe in Atlantic City is, stay in the nice hotel but don’t venture out to the dilapidated board walk after dusk. There are large high rise hotels completely boarded up and pan handlers all over. The beach itself is really quite nice. I suspect that online betting and the Covid epidemic were probably the death knell for this location."
