"Pool was very small for Kids "

"Ballys is great because it’s always been my favorite especially that it is a smaller casino & less walking for me I need two knee replacements. The thing I done like it because the pool was never opened & I miss the jacuzzis it’s crazy because we pay the resort fees"

"There was no breakfast. The room had an ant infestation in the bathroom and kitchen. We were offered an upgrade as a result of overbooking the double bed rooms. "

"I came in with children and booked because the pool was accessible until 8pm. We were kicked out by 7:50. Room was ok, very small with no microwave and they don’t have any on property (so when traveling with an infant you can’t hear up bottles) "
