The bathroom was not cleaned. I had to clean it myself. There were 2 bars of dirty soap left in the shower. Also there was urine on the toilet seat and you could tell the floor wasn’t swept.

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
Room was dated. Food was overpriced. Smoking section right off elevator was terrible. Staff was pleasant. Not a place for kids.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa
The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Only the online concierge was faulty. It told mea live rep would be with me momentarily before minute and it didn’t respond until the next morning.

It's the hotel itself. The elvators were broke, only 2 out of 6 were working..We were with 3 kids waiting and waiting to see if rooms were ready. They lost my car key i could not leave because they couldn't my car either i was very disappointed and they were disrespectful didn't give me any information at all until the end when i found out a employee took my car key home with them
