The check-in associate did not provide any information About where we were supposed to go to locate our room or of the laundry facility or pool area no information was provided. The elevator goes by floor number and not room number. This was a little confusing at first.

Ocean Casino Resort
I’ve stayed at Ocean a few times and it’s one of my favorite hotels. Overall I still had a great experience, but there were a few downsides during this stay. Everything was great except the elevators they had only 2 elevators for hundreds of people and any time we went up or down we had to wait in a long line.

Very quick check in! Parking lot was across from the hotel and the parking garage was close. Parking rate was reasonable. Very short distance to Boardwalk Hall.
