"Our overall experience was enjoyable. We had an ocean view room that did not disappoint with the view! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. My main dislike is that the property can be used with a resort pass. As this isn't a large resort, we were super disappointed that the pool was at max capacity by 12 on Saturday. There was seating at the beach but we were told it's a $35 fee for an umbrella. We are already paying a $50 daily resort fee and thought that if you are...

"The apartment was clean and located in a nice area, which we appreciated. However, we had a few issues during our stay. The patio/balcony door would not lock properly unless it was completely forced shut, and I wasn’t able to lock it myself once it was opened. The toilet also wasn’t flushing when we arrived. I contacted customer service, and maintenance responded quickly and fixed the toilet, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue with the patio/balcony door remained unresolved for me. On...

"Everything was great overall. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner in our room — it worked really well during the day, but in the evenings it stopped keeping the room cold, so it would get pretty stuffy at night. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay there again. The area is a bit expensive overall, but the location is perfect."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Location excellent. We stayed for just over 2 weeks for business. Room was as expected and clean with great layout with kitchen for extended stay..The pool was great and quiet but not enough seating. We had a tough time getting housekeeping in every 2 days and had to remind them to refresh our room. Fantastic light breakfast. Parking is gated and needs room key to access parking lot."

"The stay was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Jorge. Was pleasantly surprised that they offered breakfast, which was was always delicious. Small but nice gym on site. Great beach access. Pool was immaculate and tasteful. Overall, felt like stepping into a hidden paradise. Would definitely stay here again."
