"Overall, we had a good stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. However, there were two major issues that significantly affected our experience. First, the beach in front of the hotel had an excessive amount of sargassum throughout our stay. The smell was very unpleasant, and it was impossible to access or enjoy the water. What was most frustrating is that if you walked just one block down the beach, the water was swimmable. "Our first room have a dust on the ceiling by the A/C vents and very noise by the outside air coming from the sliding door seal. At our claim the staff was excellent and professional. Our second room was excellent, perfectly clean and quiet."

"This is a gorgeous little boutique hotel. The room and all facilities are beautifully presented, clean and well-maintained. The pool area is very cute and the breakfast is a bonus (although I would’ve loved some fruit to be available). The staff were all very friendly and made me feel right at home."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!"

"The property was very clean and quiet , in front of the unit it had a patio table with chairs. The room was clean nice full size bed and the AC worked great which was needed because that Miami heat was insane. The refrigerator was a nice size and they have a microwave which most hotels don’t offer. I definitely recommend staying there no staff bothers you but if you need them the office is located in the lobby and they have no problem assisting you."
