"Clean basic casino room. Normal week rates are like $38-68. Rufus Du Sol was playing so it was about $550 for a Saturday night. Check in staff was rude. And refused to let me check into my room. Even despite arriving a full hour after checkin time 4pm. About 5:15pm. Requested a manager and then surprisingly a room instantly became available."

"The public bathrooms are key card locked, which was a bit of a problem for a weak bladder momma! But I was able to check my bags prior to check in and the gentleman taking the luggage gave me his card to get in. Ray saved my pants that day!!"

"Fantastic location. Travelled from JFK on Air Train and then LIRR to Grand Central and walked straight into the hotel. The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make our special trip celebrating birthdays incredibly memorable!"
