"The staff is always friendly. Love the bartenders at the main bar and at ‘The Roof’ always. Very convenient area, 15 min walk to Soho and 6 min walk to some of my favorite drunk night food stops like Prince St Pizza.
I always stay here when I’m visiting the city for events. A short ride to areas like Brooklyn as well, if you need to cross the bridge. The crowd is always a great mix but overall very hip."

"Location location! Everything was so close. The hotel is older but beautifully maintained. We would have liked a mini fridge or microwave, but overall we were comfortable and safe. "
"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
