"It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms were clean and cosy and the staff were helpful, especially Delia, who gave really good advice on so many things crucial to making the stay a pleasant one.Oh and the room I had - as a classical pianist, I so loved the piano painting on the wall above the bed. It was really convenient that breakfast was included and the umbrella was a little bonus. I can't wait to come back!!!"
