"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It was clear that housekeeping and maintenance were not up to standard. During our stay, pieces of the bathroom ceiling literally fell into the shower, leaving debris on the shower floor. As a result, we could not safely use the shower. "This is a small boutique hotel right near Times Square. It’s on a quiet street but right near all the fun things in NYC. The staff at the front desk are all attentive and helpful. "Everything at the property (lobby, room, elevator, hallways, EVERYTHING) is impeccably clean. All staff members are friendly and attentive to your every need. The location is simply unbeatable! 5-10m walk from: times square, all the Broadway theaters, Rockefeller center, hells kitchen, etc. Easy access to all public transportation as well. We'll absolutely be staying at The Muse next time we're in NYC!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great."

"Hotel was clean with a fantastic location between the Radio City and Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but it was tiny. It did have a full kitchen and big fridge so it would be great for a solo business traveler. Was as quiet as you could expect for a block from Times Square. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I'd still look around first. You can do much worse for the price."
