"I come to NYC often, but when I bring my daughter, this is the hotel I like to stay at most. The staff by far are the best part about this hotel. I feel safe here with my daughter, it’s almost like an at home type of feel, like at grandmas house or something. I’m not sure how to explain it. "Breakfast was delicious. Although billed as a continental option there were plenty of fresh items. The rooms were large for Times Square and had a very boutique feel. Great location mid block of restaurants row. Lovely rooftop area to relax. "

"The Romer was a gorgeous, well designed hotel. The staff were brilliant and friendly on arrival and checkout. There was an issue with the aircon throughout our stay but we were compensated for this with no fuss at all which I was really grateful for. I’d love to return to The Romer and NYC!"

"Great location. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the use of the USB charging port in the clock for phone charging without the need for adaptors. Shower was warm enough and spacious with plenty of towels and towelling robes. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the Doorman Carl was great. "Place was great with a great location! Room size was good for the price. 2 downsides were the elevators. Only 3 elevators and in the morning you could not get on an elevator with your luggage below floor 5. We had to take our suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. Also th breakfast area was too small for the hotel size, free breakfast but we couldn’t get in the door"
