"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"英語がわからなかった私に、スタッフのジョンさんが丁寧にお部屋の案内していただき、初日から安心してすごせました。客室はすっきりとした清潔感があり、スタッフさんも全員フレンドリーで親切で安心してすごせました。コーナーのパークビューでしたが、ブライアントパークとビル群見渡せて解放感ある景色は素晴らしかったです。朝すぐにブライアントパークを散歩できる体験はニューヨークのよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"The NYC Hard Rock Hotel was an unexpected surprise - clean room, very comfortable bed, best shower, and excellent location. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay @ this location in the future."

"Room was very clean . The restaurant was great , food is amazing ! Close to everything ! I would stay here again ."

"Staff were delightful"

"The service in the front lobby was excellent when I asked them about parking. The room was spacious and clean. I didn’t expect the noise level from our neighbors to be as loud as it was, so I guess there are some things walls. Perfect location close to everything."

"The location was great. Good size room for NYC. It was quiet. Has a cute bar. Would definitely stay here again."

I feel like they should have made this aware for the price I paid to stay. I did request to change rooms they moved me to a higher floor in another room that was located right by some sort of maintenance room that had loud noises all night long probably even worse than the construction. Basically I didn't sleep for seven...

"Good location … Clean rooms and bathrooms."

"The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the room had no window and was very dark and claustrophobic as a result. Breakfast was ok but there was not a big choice, I had a croissant on day 1 but by day 2 they had run out of croissants so the choice was even less. There were no bedside tables as not enough room, and no glasses for drinking in the room, just plastic cups in the bathroom. Room service was very slow and eventually arrived in a take away container in a...
