"Took my boyfriend, now fiancée here for our 3 year anniversary since he had never been to NYC. Super close to Times Square and Broadway shows. Staff was all amazing everything we came in and left. Loved the breakfast and snack area, especially the fancy coffe machine! Rooms are somewhat plain but clean and you dont spend much time in it anyhow. Would stay again!"

The air conditioning was on and there was a lovely scent when welcoming you back to a very clean and beautiful hotel. Location was 1/2 a block from Time Square which made everything very convenient. "We had a magical stay at the Omni Berkshire NYC. Every staff member was so kind and went out of their way to ensure our kids at the best time ever! The kids got ice cream on the 4th and cookies in the evening delivered with chocolate chip cookies. The housekeeping staff was so kind and thoughtful and kept us well stocked. Last but certainly not least, the doormen at the Omni are like no others! They were hailing cabs in the rain in two directions to help us get to Hamilton on time. Lenny, one...
