We were worried it was too close to Times Square, but once you turned that street corner it quieted down and you didn’t even realize you were so close. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. "

The walk-in shower was larger and very clean with side nozzle sprays in addition to a spray from above.
Our room included a Keurig coffee maker and we were able to get extra coffee when we asked. Creamer and sugars were also provided.
We are walkers, and we felt the location was great. We walked to Central Park, restaurants, Times Square and a different theater every day that we were there.

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
