"Was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, would stay here anytime. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. Note: at the time of our stay the hotel was having an elevator problem ( very rare for them to have any problem ) at the time and we were having to walk to our room. However the hotel gave us wonderful options including free breakfast brunch, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. So we thank the hotel for a "wonderful workout" and the bonuses. "

"The room was always kept spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable. Security was excellent, the location was good, and having a Whole Foods Market right opposite was very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop is at Bryant Park, just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were very kind, professional, and helpful. The building is older, but it has a charming New York feel. The location is excellent — very close to the subway — which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
