"Great position for sight-seeing (esp. as close to Grand Central. Clean, large enough room with everything we needed. Very comfy bed and quiet enough room. The best thing was the coffee, cans and snacks that were available 24/7 in The Reading Room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

Was fine. I was very disappointed that our room did not have a balcony, as it was pictured in the photo when I booked. I carefully chose a room with a balcony and specifically this hotel for that reason. Very misleading. Your photos don’t match up to what you offer your guests. It also said that we were supposed to get two free drinks, which we did not get. Also misleading. It said on our room key envelope that we had a $10 mini bar credit, which we did not use because nothing...
