"My room was very clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious given the size of the Deluxe Queen. If you’re claustrophobic or prefer a bit more room to move around, I recommend upgrading to the Deluxe King. The extra 4 to 5 sqm makes a noticeable difference. We were in a back lot facing room with precious little light which made it feel dingy and a bit claustrophobic. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
