"This is our second time staying at The Jewel. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful amenities (coffee on 2nd floor and purified water and bottles on every floor). Conveniently located to 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, and theater district."
"The only thing we didnt like was the roof top bar, couldn't see anything sitting down you had to stand up to see the view of city to many plants. Outside of that rooms were great. Front desk and everything else was amazing."

Beware of the parking garage next door I did park there and use the discounted hotel parking and I was 15 min late picking up the car and they charged me for a whole extra day. "This hotel was a short walk to restaurants and many attractions. It was located in a safe area and had many great amenities. One of our favorite was 24 hr access to beverages and snacks on the second floor. We will be returning again."
"This was a delightful discovery! Apparently opened in 2018, this historic building is a 28 room Irish boutique hotel in the middle of the theatre district. Surprisingly quiet with a nice, sunny breakfast room serving delicious fare including a full Irish breakfast. There's also a bar and a dining room that looks out on the street. My Small room was tastefully decorated with good air conditioning and a rather large bathroom with nice smelling shampoo and good water pressure. In short, I liked it...

"Very clean and nice. Great staff. There was no microwave in the room but when we asked about whether or not there was a place to access one they sent a microwave to the room! The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for NYC. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would 100% stay again."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
