"Some years ago we had the fortune to stay here and we had a great and pleasant time. My family and I were excited to go back and a spend a weekend this time. However, our air tickets were cancelled the some day to inclement weather in the midwest. We had several thunderstorms, tornado warnings and flash flooding warnings. "Hotel was clean with a fantastic location between the Radio City and Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but it was tiny. It did have a full kitchen and big fridge so it would be great for a solo business traveler. Was as quiet as you could expect for a block from Times Square. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I'd still look around first. You can do much worse for the price."

Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."
