"One of the wonderful things about a CitizenM is their amazing lobby! It's designed to be inviting, a place to congregate or a nice place to come take a load off after a long day. The living room style set up has books, work centers and a really nice bar where you can enjoy a nice tall drink. I book a CitizenM as often as I can. "Great old hotel. The room was beautiful, large and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the fancy light switches did not work so you have to turn most of the lights on with the switch on the lamp cords. Not a big deal for such a beautiful room. I recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"Great location in 51st and 7th ave….3 minute walk to Times Square and 10 minute walk to Central Park. Right in the Theater District as well. Kendrick at the main desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very large for NY standards. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable. The only downside to the property was no in room coffee. It was our second stay there, and we would definitely go back. The doorman was also very helpful and pleasant....

"The room was generally satisfactory; however, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom did not have an anti-slip mat, and the shower enclosure only partially covered the shower area, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. This created a slippery and potentially unsafe condition after showering. Additionally, considering the room rate, I was surprised that basic complimentary amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided."
