"We were very pleased with our stay here during our "winter holiday" trip to NYC. The hotel is clean and safe, staff are super friendly and accommodating, room was comfy and had every thing we needed and the location was perfect to get everywhere!!! We would stay here again and again!!"

"It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"

"If you want to be in proximity to Times Square, but at the same time not deal with the full craziness of the area, you can't beat this location. The rooms are small but smartly laid out, and the hotel in generally has a very calm vibe. My only issue - and hopefully this was just a real unlucky coincidence - is that the fire alarm went off twice in three days. The first time was just after 3AM, and the second was around 8:30 AM the following day. "
