"Was on the 16th floor in Laguna Tower, which stated upper floors were freshly renovated, didn't find that to be true with my room. Bathroom had 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel, no hand soap. I had to call house keeping, as I feel bathroom was properly stocked, no soap, lotion or anything else you expect in a bathroom. They did quickly resolve with giving more towels and 4 bars of hand soap, no other toiletries. Parking was $15 to come & go in parking deck while I was there, I think it should be free parking for registered guests, charge the people that just come for the day to use the pool or casino. Oh, they sell day passes for indoor pool, which made it very crowded for hotel guest wanting to enjoy the pool."
