The furniture was worn and old and not attractive. The room felt very sad to be in. The TV was from the 1980s and super small. "

The room was very good value. My only thought is that the entrance into the front garden could have been better. "Very old hotel. Could use some new carpeting throughout. No staff on duty for check in. Hotel bar was never open. Good location for the ferry. Our room had very low ceilings that forced you to walk hunched over. Morning staff worker Sheena was a doll."

"This place needs an overhaul. I rented three rooms here. One had beds likely from the 70's, incredibly uncomfortable. A shower that dripped constantly, we had to lay the sprayer down in the tub to be able to sleep. The hot water in two of the rooms never got hot. We waited for 30 minutes and took cold showers. And I am not one of those people that didn't just adjust the valve right or something. These were legitimately cold. One of the rooms had a paper thin mattress pad, that helped slightly....

"It didnt get off to a good start when we were told there was a £10 parking fee for the hotel car park.When I read parking was available at the hotel, there was no mention of any charge. This is not acceptable. The breakfast and evening meal were delitious..The waitress was very polite and helpful.The young barman however was more interested in his phone and reluctant to help her.The room very nice and has been recently refurbished.The sea view was exceptional.
