"If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal."

"The shampoo CONDITIONER CONTAINER, IN THE SHOWER, WAS EMPTY. WE FOUND TWO SMALL SCREWS ON THE CARPET ( probably from the furniture assembly (renovation ?) workers. Luckily, found them without stepping on them with bare feet. "Bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. It came untucked and rolled up underneath me as I slept. Breakfast was good. However, the breakfast attendant had a bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that the waffle batter ran out. She went to refill it. She did not come back during the duration it took my family to eat. She was the same person who was annoyed when asked to help with the ice machine."

"Photos are not telling the truth. Room was gross with sticky floor and dated bathroom. Hallways were hot and humid. Staff was either stoned or not with it. Can’t even charge to the room when you go to the bar. We were excited to leave. Thank God it was only one night."

"There was nothing spectacular about this property. We stayed here for the indoor pool because the pictures looked really nice. It’s all about angles because the pool wasn’t as large as I thought. It was enough for my kids though… The room was a room but the bathroom was tiny. And there’s no fan nor was there a mat to dry off on when we got out. "Had to get transferred to a room with full beds which was disappointing and the shower did look the greatest due to waterspots developing into stained/molded areas"

"The room was nice and clean. The bedding was light, but the room wasn't too cold. The cosmetics weren't super effective, but that's expected from hotel cosmetics. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great, and everything was well prepared."
