"If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal."

"The room was clean and met our needs. However, our car was stolen from the hotel’s parking lot during our stay. The hotel’s cameras don’t cover most of the parking lot. Staff pulled up the security footage but otherwise barely acknowledged the theft. The next day when we left the broken glass was still in the parking space."

"Observation: The hotel building(s), equipment fixtures, hotel furnishings, and premises are dirty, unsanitary, not in good repair, or improperly maintained. Observed dead insects (roaches) on room 265 behind kitchen drawer. Several surfaces had accumulation of debris and dust under fridges on rooms 252, 263, 265. Additionally, stove burners from rooms 208 and 252 presented accumulation of material that needs to be cleaned. Observation: Presence of mice, rats, reptiles, insects or other vectors...

"We choose this hotel for the fair price and the pool. The pool was unavailable and this wasn’t expressed through Expedia. The room was clean, the staff seemed friendly and helpful. I was a little upset with the breakfast. There was a small sign that said that you can’t take food back to your room, or you will be charged. The food however, was pretty good."

"Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return."

"Staff are incredible. The property is slightly outdated, however, they are in the process of renovating. Unfortunately, there are still property issues. For example, my shower door leaked, the sink drained slowly, the door was not a security door (having to close it behind me each time), and the HDMI cord for the TV was bent making the tv unusable. Breakfast is $11/day but you have to order it which means it’s not convenient to just grab and go. The pool had bubble skim floating which seemed...
