"The Wynn is always a solid choice. The pool area needs to have garbage and meal waste taken care of more promptly. Dirty towels also need to be collected. Garbage near the interior elevators needs to be emptied more frequently as they were left overflowing on numerous occasions. "

"Stayed in a standard suite – plenty of space, but overall quite underwhelming. The idea of “luxury” here feels very surface-level compared to Europe... The room itself felt dated, especially the bathroom which seems straight out of the early 2000s. The shower had very low pressure and wasn’t adjustable, which made it frustrating to use. We also had issues with the drains during our stay. Staff did try to help, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t fully resolved and left an unpleasant smell by the end. With the resort fees, we expected more. Wouldn’t rush back – there are likely better options in Vegas for the price."

"I would never stay here again. The lack of customer service is beyond. The hotel amenities are a joke. No bell cart during the week, the slides and pool was closed. Elevators were joke. No shuttle to the airport. Out of 4 days they serviced our room 1x. If I could give this place a negative number I would. "

"No coffee makers in rooms, room service knocked early every morning to wake you up even though requested not too (multi-day stay). Roll-in showers flood entire bathroom the way the shower heads are mounted and curtain doesn't go to floor. "

"We stayed in the King Suite - a nice accommodation when staying for over 3 nights. It kept our little family comfortable during our stay - there is a kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave which helped keep costs down food wise! There was a hiccup in the hotels air conditioning our first night which required moving rooms but staff was accommodating and helpful. The rooms themselves were comfortable but gave off the “flipped” vibe a house/apartment might give when showing to new tenants (ie: dripped paint on the floorboards and flooring, toilet paper holders that were hurriedly attached, damage to pocket doors from the nails of said toilet paper holders) Nothing of much significance but things that one takes note of. We did not utilize the spa or pool during our stay. Overall, we had a comfy place to sleep/rest/recharge in a decent part of town during our stay."
