"Location was good. Close to Mumbai Central and small shops. Decent hotel compared to other hotels in the same area. Room were a bit small. Bathroom was ok however I do not prefer Shower in a bath tub. There was hot water. The hotel needs to be renovated. Front foyer is very small and not much room to move when there is a lot of guest waiting around. Be aware of the taxi drivers parked at the front of the hotel. Do not trust them. Take a Uber instead however if you do book a taxi driver...

"Breakfast was amazing and with lots of options. Rooms were a bit dated and small. Location was good for what we needed. "

"Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio"

"スタッフはセキュリティとレストラン含めてとても親切でした。 廊下にお水やコーヒーがあるのもありがたかったです。 設備に関しては部屋の横で工事をしていてうるさい、エレベーターがない(荷物は手伝ってもらえますが) ペンキ塗りたてなのか匂う、トイレの芳香剤が臭い。 ホテルは清潔ですが フェスティバルに合わせて4倍の値段をつけるのはやりすぎかなと思いました"

"In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai."

"Great location, awesome food and value for money . Only problem...they have street parking "

"Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. "

"They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! "

"Room was average"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

"This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also."
