"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. "Der Rezeptionist hat zuerst unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, hat ca. eine Stunde gedauert bis wir in einem schmutzigen Zimmer gehen dürften. Der Tag danach wurde unser Zimmer mit einem "Besseren" ausgetauscht, aber das war schon gar nicht besser. Sehr laut, schmutzig und nie wieder."

"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...
