"Overall Impression While the general condition of the hotel is satisfactory and the staff were initially helpful, several serious lapses in hygiene, housekeeping, and data privacy protocols negatively impacted my stay. 1. Food Safety & Hygiene Concerns During a visit to the downstairs restaurant , I observed approximately 10 to 15 fruit flies resting on the handles of two trays containing sweets. Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

"The rooms were fine, but the restaurants felt a bit old. Especially their seating options. The rooftop dhabha had nice views, but food and ambiance were just ok. The seating and general furniture could definitely use an upgrade"
