"Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were very nice. Cleaning the room the lady had an attitude,When we ask for towels. Rooms get cleaned every other day. Housekeeping leaves bags of towels in hallway hard to walk to elevator."

"We have used this hotel a couple of times previously and thought that it was a great place to stay and visit with family. There were a few things this time that seemed not to be up to the previous standard. Maybe it's policy now, but housekeeping never came into out room to do any cleaning or re-stocking. They did knock on the door and ask if we needed anything but no cleaning was done. Like I say, maybe this is policy now. In the Guest laundry, one washer was out of order, which I reported. And in the Fitness Room, the stationary bicycle was out of order and the large TV screen did not seem functional. Also, the breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30 am, but coffee was not kept fill with hot coffee and food was not replenished adequately. So, an OK experience but not exceptional as in the past."
