"Considering that it was a budget hotel, we were very happy with our stay as the room was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities were sufficiently stocked, and the location was ideally situated where it was near a Tram Station (i.e. Gyle Centre). The hotel is also very near Gyle Shopping Centre where Morrisons Supermarket and Marks & Spencer were located within, so it was convenient for us to get our necessities and do some shopping concurrently. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."

"Overall the hotel was good. The location was great as it was central to the airport and the city centre. Right next door to the zoo. The room was a bit dated with basic furniture, matress was too soft and not much space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good."
