"Can’t fault the stay or the hotel"

"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. The only gripe was that our room did not have air con, I presumed that it would and never checked. "Beautiful hotel from the time we walked in, to the time we reached our room. Wonderful stay! Comfortable bed and very clean room! I thought staying close to the train station would be very loud but it wasnt bad at all. Would have like to spend more time here."

"It was a nice enough hotel but I didn’t like the fact that you were charged for everything. The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat. The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball. Staff were friendly but temporarily lost an ice pack of mine, forgot my gluten free toast at breakfast and gave me a tiny tiny pot of tea that was half full for breakfast. "This was our second time in the hotel. We asked for the same room (in advance) and we got it . I wish there was air conditioning in the rooms. I love the little tea room with daily cake! It makes me feel like on a skiing holiday in a chalet"

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
