"This Motel 6 is an older property, with small sections of the formica missing from the desk and loose stick-on grouting at the shower interface with the floor, but with a new laminate wood floor and a nice inside paint job. The window screen appears to have been shredded by high winds, and that wasn't fixed yet. That said, the property seemed otherwise to be in solid condition, was conveniently located and in a safe area, and had a really helpful desk clerk. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had way too many channels, and I was surprised to find a microwave and a mini-fridge in the room. We plan to stay there again!"

"There are not many places to stay in Denison, IA but if you are going to stay this is the place. It's clean, the staff are nice, and the breakfast was pretty good! Only thing that happened was, we asked for a roll away bed and never got it. When we asked again they were all taken. Otherwise, great experience."

"This was definitely a budget option (which showed in the condition of the room and the lack of internet or breakfast), but the beds were clean and the room stayed cool overnight. It's also very conveniently located, just off the highway and close to a gas station and a very reasonable diner/family restaurant."
