"The Townhouse was the best place we could have landed upon our arrival to Scotland. Our room was immaculate & the bed was very comfy, which we needed with the big time change. Allison was a wonderful host & breakfast was delicious. We loved exploring the area... it was located on a quiet residential street, but still within walking distance of many good restaurants & shops. We would not stay anywhere else upon our return to Ayr. Highly recommend this lovely boutique B&B!"

"Lovely big clean room with very comfortable bed. The hotel is situated in a peaceful quiet street. All staff we met from reception to restaurant and cleaning were lovely chatty and friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order. It also had a separate covered gluten free section with bread and cereal and its own toaster. "

"This is a modern hotel in an historic house with a fantastic restaurant attached. Not sure if the two are owned by the same group but probably. The check in is all virtual, no hotel staff are on site, and it went smoothly however I did have to step outside to get a decent cellular signal in order to check in. Close to the railway station. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Highly recommended!"
"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
