This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience. More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English during the night, which caused significant inconvenience. "The only redeeming fact about this hotel is that it’s on the water and the view is beautiful but other than that, it’s not a good place and I would not recommend it. The room smells and everything is outdated and the whole layout and concept is so weird. I’ve never been at a hotel that was so awkwardly designed. It’s terrible. The energy is weird and it was not a great stay for the week. I was there for work… the food is not great there and there’s not many options and it’s not super close to...
