"Cabin was great. It was very cold outside but the heater worked and made the room comfortable in about an hour. Staff was very helpful. Setting was beautiful."

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. Close to mountain Wisp, have big safe hill near resort for sledding. Bring your own sleds. Cross country sleeping on property is also a plus, but bring your own skis ."

"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "

"Quiet and quaint for a true WV country feel. Close to WVU without the hustle and bustle of being downtown. Check in and check out were hassle free and easy. Great communication from the owners. Little cafe across the street is lovely. Had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the cabin! My only complaint was that the upstairs bed got hot during the night making my daughter uncomfortable. We put the fan up there the second night but it didn’t seem to help. She slept on the loveseat. Everything else we loved! "
