"This property while in an interesting location was top notch. The cleaning staff is amazing i stayed 7 days and slept through one of the cleanings (day after my birthday) left the room about 1:30 in the afternoon not expecting them to return my room was in complete disarray and when I returned at about 10 pm my room was spotless they even tucked in my son's stuffed animals and folded his blankey which he absolutely loved. I work 3rd shift and they did not even make so much as a lound noise...

"Great location! Very nice staff! Very comfortable bed!"

"Stayed here for the F1 races, not to far from downtown Austin. Staff are very helpful and everything was clean."

"The manager! Yelling to guest!!"

"Excellent"

"Clean, well maintained and convenient"

"Bedding had hair all through it , pillow cases where dirty ."

"Lets me start off by saying the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But the place was nasty. Theyre remodelling i guess but it seems like they forgot to finish. Cockroaches in the rooms. Grime in every nook and cranny. It was F1 weekend so for 5 days i paid $1000 and it was the most expensive/nasty hotel ive stayed in"
