4/10 Poor

"Was given the wrong room. Paid more for a better room but didn’t get it. Paid for late check out, but was called and texted anyway, so didn’t get the extra sleep I paid for. Additionally housekeeping was banging on the door as if I had not previously paid for the late check out. Property in general was much too loud. Will NEVER stay here again! Paid for creek view, but could not see creek from our supposedly private porch that I paid extra for and did not get. NEVER AGAIN!!"

"Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious and clean rooms The area felt safe for the most part, although a few blocks away seemed a bit sketchy. There was complimentary breakfast but we didn’t wake up on time .The parking was free,yey.We used the spa which was very nice .The hotel overll looked ok ,great staff ."

"Absolutely luxurious beautifully decorated Hotel. An amazing stay. You have to learn the lay of the land: for example you have to go to the cafe to order from the food truck but once you figure it out you'll get a fantastic fresh breakfast. The bar makes excellent cocktails and has rooms that look like a library, and in fact local people pay for this place as a club where they can come and sit, relax drink coffee have cocktails etc. So it's extraordinarily unique luxury experience. Great for all activities in Austin."

"Front desk Latina girl is unpleasant and unwelcoming. Also it smelled weird upon walking in like it smelled like dirty dog or a stinky pet store. Stayed in room 213 it smelled like burned wiring or some weird smelled that was irritating. There’s no daily housekeeping service when I asked the front desk. The phone in the room is for decor bc that doesn’t work either. The restroom tile is coming off like it’s peeling off. The bathtub faucet was sooo hard to turn on and figure out which way was cold or hot and the tub was dirty. I swear the pics online makes this place look alright but it’s a trashy motel. My ankles has bug bites and idk if it’s from the bed or the room floor . Also the carpet is so dirty my feet were so dark from walking barefoot in the room. I know I shouldn’t have done that in the first place. My sheets had hairs in it. It’s a great location but that’s all that this place has going for them . Aside from that the property is run down and needs a serious remodel and upgrade. Dont stay here even if it’s cheap. It’s cheap for a reason. Youll hate it as much as I did."

"I would have loved this place if it were ready to be open for business. There was no restaurant, bar or food without leaving the building. They didn't have room service without a 24 hour notice, but they don't tell you that when checking in. The parking was probably the best part about it all, so nice to have affordable and easy self pay parking and valet as an option. If you want a full service establishment, this is definitely not it. It should be good to go in a month or two."
