"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."

"Upon arriving the staff was friendly and they actually even upgraded my room to a bigger one. Everything about the room was great from the spaciousness, to the comfortable beds, and modern look to the room. Not to mention the very convenient medium sized fridge/freezer, mini stove and other amenities . The only thing I will say though that did us the most dirty was that my vehicle along with 9 to 10 other peoples vehicle was broken into… All of our passenger back seat windows were shattered.....

"Michael, the receptionist, was great! Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and to our liking. Property was clean and taken care of. Great location and parking was no trouble and free. Would stay here while in Austin, everytime. "

"Everything was clean. The staff was helpful even though I did not read how to get on wifi that was right in my hands. Staff, Tom was sweet and explained it for me. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to."

"Everything was great. The location of the hotel was nice and safe and not too far from attractions. City view was decent. The hotel itself was very pretty and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful "

"Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces...

"Only stayed 1 night was supposed to stay 3. Roach in room, overly filthy dust vents and urine noted on wall under sink. Attempted to check out Friday morning and front desk told me they couldn't check me out early. Showed her the pics. Still charged for the full 3 days. "
