"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable but mattress was a little hard for me. Breakfast was good. Many options. Staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the buffet stocked."

"Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine."

"We stayed 2 nights. The room was not cleaned while we were gone but they did bring clean crappy towels that were left on the sink. The room also smelled nasty."

"The front desk employee was very helpful. Our room was clean well maintained. We did not have hand soap. The kind, helpful, happy gentleman Ed (that was all by himself ) in the restaurant a great employee. There were some rude customers around that morning. He just put up with it and continued his work happily! We would definitely stay here again."

"Very tight parking, no one at the office, no ice, and the pool was down the street at another hotel.It did have a nice ocean view and located in a great spot."

"We stayed in a cottage and it was a great experience The staff was helpful and knowledgeable Food was good Beautiful sunsets on Lake Erie Plenty to do trails, bikes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits and wineries galore, the list goes on and on We would highly recommend the area should stay a minimum of 4 nights We stayed for 5 and never ran out of different experiences"
